I was working in the lab...

late one night. When my eyes beheld an eerie sight. Sorry I couldn't resist!

And, I couldn't resist buying these mini test tubes either. I really had no idea what I was going to use them for when I bought them. I'm still not sure...I may fill them with sand and top them with a cork.

I may fill them with tiny white and ivory buttons, I'm just not sure. What would you do with them?

How fun! They remind me of cloches, just stretched out long and thin. I wonder if they would stand upside down with cork in them? They could hold a small single silk flower stuck in the cork.

Hi Leann...I had a thought along the line of Dawn. I was thinking, I'd use crazy glue to adhere the tubes to a dish or bowl. Then, fill them with water and single blooms of daisies or different colored carnations....kind of like organ pipe floral vases! Don't know if it would work but it's a thought. Susan

Put colored glitter in them, sugar! That would be beautiful. I wish I had found them!

Not exactly sure of the size but what about homemade bath salt? 1 or 2 baths?

I use to get those at work when I worked at the hospital. They will hold tiny beadings and buttons nicely. Greta find! Anne

Hi, I think those tubes would look great with either buttons or bath salts in different colors. What fun to try different ideas. I have signed on as a Follower so I will be here to see what you do with them. If you have time come visit me, I love to have visitors.

All kinds of interesting possibilities here! You could use them as flower vases or put bath salts in them or glitter. Your ideas were great too!
