What makes a Happy Home? I love to take care of my family. For me, creating a home that is warm and inviting, where everyone feels welcome is pure joy! The smell of fresh laundry just in off the clothesline, a neat and tidy home and garden, a good home cooked meal, a few desserts here and there, the love of family, friends and fellowship all help to make our home a Happy Home. Join me as we celebrate the holidays, the birthdays and the every days!

More Last Minute Gifts
These note cards were a last minute order from Tom at work. He wanted to give his Mum a personalized note card set, but wanted them all to be different.
I love to create, but I get a little nervous when someone asks for something specific. Do you know what I mean? If someone says can they buy a birthday card and I take in a bunch of them to choose from I'm fine with them choosing what they want.
But making something for a specific person with likes and dislikes gives me a bit of creative block. Overall I like how they turned out. Some much more than others.
I've been at the boys scrapbooks every night. I'm up to 11th grade for both of them, so not many more pages to go. I only have 4 more cookie trays to make and deliver and then that's done too. I may just have to bake again on Monday for when all the kids are home - at least some chocolate chips. Somehow they are disappearing more than what I'm putting on the cookie trays. Mr OP pleads not guilty:)
I know that I haven't had any - gluten free for over a month now! It must be our resident ghost. That, or Santa made an early visit to The Old Parsonage!
We're headed to Costco tomorrow night (depending on how our work days go), for bulk things that we need for when the kids are all here, plus our normal Costco run. Well those scrapbooks won't get finished it I stay here chatting so I'm off...
Do you have any last minute gifts that you still have to get?
