Photo Problems

I'm having a few issues with my camera, and since I rarely use photos that aren't my own I decided to dig into my oldies. I loved these platters. They used to hang in my studio... until one day they came crashing down. They broke into some pretty sizable chunks so I've used them in our garden. I don't think that I have photo's of them out there - I'll have to put that on my to do list: Photo of broken china in the garden.

I'm still making Valentine's cards. Bucky asked if I had any leftover - she needs one for her SIL. I don't have any left, but still have all my supplies out and told her that I'd love to make some more. Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday to make cards for. So much pink, red, lace, ribbons, glitter and glam, what's not to love?

Mr OP surprised me with the Twilight Breaking Dawn DVD for Valentine's Day. He promised to take me to the movies to see it, but by the time we were ready to go it was already gone. Anyone else out there like the Twilight series? I know it's not exactly my age group, but what can I say?

Hope that you all are enjoying this beautiful week. Looks like a storm is brewing and we may get some snow this weekend. Who knows? The only thing that we have to do this weekend is dinner at my parents for my Dad's 70th birthday and we can walk there if we have to.

What are your plans for the weekend?

Oh I'm sorry about your camera. It's not easy being without one.

Sounds as if you have a worthy celebration coming up. I'm on Nonni duty Saturday and looking forward to it!

I love plates, too. Doesn't matter what color, although I am partial to pink! :)
I have some hanging in my dining room and in the guest bedroom. I'm so sorry some of yours fell and broke! But a good idea about your garden.

Hey Miss Leann, my daughter and daughter in law made me watch the series with them. I'm right there with you. I enjoyed it but probably would have never seen it at the movies. Lovely platters, sorry about your camera...I hate techno problems.
Blessings,
Debbie

Pretty dishes! Too bad they broke but at least you can enjoy them outside now. I enjoy the Twilight series as well. Probably because I spent the first 10 years of my life living in Forks and still have family there. It does rank behind Harry Potter though. Family and all. If I had family living in Hogsmead, now THAT would be a real score!

Leann,
Pinterest is so addictive, but you find such wonderful ideas there!

How did you use the broken pieces in your garden? Please fix your camera and give us a garden tour!

My kids got me hooked on the Twilight series and I love it! Your dishes are beautiful and so are your photo's. There is a free photo editing site called ipiccy. http://ipiccy.com/
It has this lovely tool called fix picture and it does that for me.

I can relate to the camera/photo issue. I am not having much luck with the one I am using these day.
One of my Grands is a big Twilight fan - think she has read all the books and has seen all of the movies.
Enjoy your weekend.

Oh dear, I do hope you can figure out what's wrong with your camera, I'd be lost without mine! Such gorgeous plates but what a shame they got broken...I'm curious to see how you used the pieces in your garden!!

Would you believe I've never seen the Twilight movies yet? I actually have the dvds that I bought months ago but haven't had a chance to watch them yet. I need to remedy that and then buy the newest one...every one has been telling me I will love them:-) I love Harry Potter as well! lol

Please wish your dad a Happy 70th Birthday from me:-) xoxo

They are lovely. My camera has been acting up a bit, too. Grr. I'll be spending Saturday at a baby shower and Sunday watching Downton Abbey. :)

Sorry about your camera problems!

That's a beautiful pattern. No, I've never been able to get into the whole Twilight thing. I've tried :) and normally I like vampire movies and books. I don't know what it is!

I am such a sucker for china -- these look great.

I've had camera issues, too. Ugh. Hate it!
